John specializes in the growth and performance of the F3 Marina brand of management services. He has been instrumental in expanding marina assignments throughout the U.S. and internationally. A longtime boater, he understands the boater’s perspective, as well as the perspective of a marina owner. John joined the company as Executive Vice President and became a Partner in 2002, bringing retail expertise to the firm and overseeing the day-to-day operations. During that time, the firm had grown from 30 employees in Milwaukee in 2002 to a staff of over 200 that spans 5 states. In his current role as Principal, John’s focus is to create a platform for continued growth by providing clients with consistently high-quality service and developing effective leadership with an emphasis on innovation within the organization. He also plays a key role in the growth of the Marina and Aviation divisions as they expand throughout the U.S. and international locations.

He is the licensed broker of record for the company, a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a Certified Marketing Director (CMD), and member of the following: the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Association of Marina Industries (AMI), the International Marina Institute (IMI), and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
