David Behnke

David is one of the original “founders” of Founders 3 Real Estate Services. Prior to facilitating the merger of three companies to form Founders 3 Real Estate Services, he directed Siegel-Gallagher Management Company to become one of the largest property management companies in the State of Wisconsin, and grew the company from five employees to over 260 in seven states across the U.S. His leadership and vision led the company to successfully expand management platform from traditional real estate into industries such as Marina and Aviation Management. Officially recognized by the Institute of Real Estate Management, Founders 3 earned the industry’s most prestigious designation as Accredited Management Organization (AMO) and has been awarded the 2015 and 2017 AMO of the Year from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

John Matheson, CPM
President
Mr. Matheson is a principal at Founders 3 Real Estate Services. Since 1983, John has dedicated his professional career to improving the performance and value of commercial real estate. Over a span of nearly 20 years at Simon Property Group, Balcor, and Insignia/ESG, John worked with and contributed to some of the best real estate operational and management systems in the business. His responsibilities included management of very high performing enclosed malls, full renovations, re-positioning and marketing/branding efforts.

Alain Giudice
Senior Vice President
Alain has over 25 years of experience in the marina and hospitality industries; developing and managing marinas around the world. Alain has over 25 years of experience in the marina and hospitality industries; developing and managing marinas around the world. Claude Fontaine
Director of Operations – Canada Division
Claude joined the F3 Marina team in 2018 to form the Canadian division of the company. F3 Marina Canada was established to expand the company’s operations and dedicated services throughout Canada. Claude oversees the day-to-day operations and business development of the Canadian division in collaboration with the entire F3 Marina team.
Claude has over seven years of experience in the marina industry working for a reputable Canadian aluminum dock manufacturing company. Her responsibilities included contract administration, resource planning, continued improvement of processes and procedures, contract implementation and oversight of projects from sales to operations, as well as ensuring client satisfaction by exceeding their expectation.

Carrie Neubecker
Director of Marketing
Carrie Neubecker joined the company in January 2014. Carrie brings more than 15 years of experience in the customer service industry and has served as the General Manager of Reefpoint Marina in Racine, Wisconsin since February, 2013. At Reefpoint, Carrie took over a distressed marina with low occupancy and led a complete turn-around. She provides a vacation-resort experience and offering boaters upscale services, pristine facilities and fun-filled weekends of activities for independent boaters and families alike. Carrie has increased annual slip occupancy by more than 100% and transient revenue by more than 200% since taking over operations.

Carrie VanDera joined the company in January 2014. Dani Broberg
Marketing Specialist
Dani joined Founders 3 Real Estate Services in early 2018, bringing six years of marketing experience to the team. Dani specializes in marketing, branding and promotional work for the firm, including: website and social media management, PR, advertising, event coordination, creation of marketing collateral and a variety of additional marketing support. She also works closely with the Management Services team to coordinate and implement marketing strategies for the residential, commercial, marina and aviation divisions. Prior to joining the F3 team, Dani worked with a local construction management firm as a marketing coordinator. Dani graduated from UW-Whitewater with a degree in Graphic Design and Marketing.
