BIO

Erika Krivitz joined F3 as a Marina Accountant in 2019, where she was responsible for generating a timely and accurate monthly financial packet for a portfolio of marina properties and for working with auditors to ensure quality year-end financial statements. She was involved in the successful onboarding of the division’s first international account—Ocean Reef Marina in Panama City, Panama. Erika is responsible for overseeing the Marina Accounting staff and is a key member in commissioning and onboarding new marina properties alongside the Senior VP and Operations Manager. In addition, Erika is responsible for the software implementation of all new management acquisitions. Prior to joining the Marina Division, Erika was a Staff Accountant at Forrer Business Interiors Inc., a full-service Steelcase dealer offering furnishings, installation, interior design, technology integration, and asset management. Aside from her monthly financial statement duties, she worked with department heads to create the company-wide budget and analyze cash and borrowing availability to assist the CEO and VP of Finance in decision-making. Erika was a key member in understanding the company software to support process improvement.
