Claude oversees the day-to-day operations and business development of the Canadian division in collaboration with the entire F3 Marina team.
Claude has over seven years of experience in the marina industry working for a reputable Canadian aluminum dock manufacturing company. Her responsibilities included contract administration, resource planning, continued improvement of processes and procedures, contract implementation and oversight of projects from sales to operations, as well as ensuring client satisfaction by exceeding their expectation.
This experience has led her to understand the day-to-day challenges of marina owners and finding creative solutions for improved operations. Claude developed a keen interest in marina management throughout this experience and was eager to learn more about marina operations. She pursued this interest through an internship during the summer of 2016 as the assistant to the Harbor Master at Emery Cove Yacht Harbor, a 460-slip marina in the San Francisco Bay, California. She was responsible for the bookkeeping, berthing leases, slip purchase information, insurance, supplies and all aspect of customer service.
Since then, she has managed the Beauharnois Marina, a start-up marina, on the Saint-Lawrence River in Canada. Claude was responsible for all aspects of the marina management, including: financial planning, hiring, training, and recommendation to the City for improved amenities and financials.
